Some things to consider when interviewing and accepting a job.

    1. Compensation – Salary
    2. Benefits – Health, Dental, Vision, Life
    3. Hours of Work
    4. Vacation Time
    5. Personal Time
    6. Location of the Job
    7. Travel – what is the percentage?
    8. The Job itself – work environment
    9. Career Development/Advancement
    10. The Manager/Boss
    11. The Company
    12. Job Security

List them in order of your personal importance at the present time.  Remember as your career envolves, the job acceptance criteria changes.  What were your top five several years ago may have change now.  After the interview and if an offer is made rate the offer against your personal job accpetance criteria.
